These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Harden Construction Group Inc. (“Harden Construction Group,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Arbitration Agreement. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Harden Construction Group Inc. is a North Carolina licensed general contractor, Contractor License #103797 (Residential & Commercial), based in Bolivia, NC.
2. Website information only; no contract
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not an offer, bid, estimate, warranty or guarantee. Submitting a form or calling us does not create a contract or a contractor-client relationship. Any work we perform is governed solely by a written contract signed by you and Harden Construction Group. If anything on this site conflicts with that contract, the contract controls.
3. Estimates, pricing & scheduling
Any ballpark figures or timelines discussed before a signed contract are non-binding. Final pricing depends on site conditions, design, materials, permits, inspections and other factors. Schedules can be affected by weather, permitting, inspections, material availability and other events outside our control.
4. Photos, videos & project descriptions
Photos and videos show examples of our work and the types of projects we take on. Materials, finishes and results vary by project, and images may not reflect the exact scope we performed on every pictured property. Product names (for example, Fiberon composite decking or James Hardie siding) belong to their manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties are provided by those manufacturers under their own terms.
5. Reviews & testimonials
Reviews on this site are shared by real clients through third-party platforms such as Nextdoor and Facebook. They reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes submitting false or spam information, trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or scraping its content for commercial use.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s text, photos, videos, logo and design belong to Harden Construction Group Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

13. Disputes & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes related to this website are resolved under our Arbitration Agreement. Where court proceedings are permitted, they will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Brunswick County, North Carolina.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
